About Us

MC "Sarajevo Bikers Club"

MC "Sarajevo Bikers Club" has been established since May 2002, thus registered in relevant institutions.

The Club emerged with the wish of several bikers to form an association, primarily based on joint interests, similar opinions, lifestyle, as well as a great love for motorcycling and motorcycles, especially "cruising" type. Accordingly, the development strategy of the Club is not based on the rapid increase of membership, but quite the opposite is true. It is based on strengthening interpersonal relations and friendships among current members and of the joining of new members who express sincere wishes to be friends of the Club and its members and also demonstrate that in practice. Currently, the Club has 15 active members, many of whom were previously members of other clubs in Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Some of the more experienced bikers have had extended experience working as members of ex-motorcycle clubs from the former Yugoslavia, as well as with clubs abroad.

MC "Sarajevo Bikers Club" has become a regular guest at most motorcycle rallies held in the Southeast European region. We have also been guests at some bikers' rallies within the European Union: in Holland and Faak am See, Austria (two visits to one of the biggest rallies in Europe).

Similar to most bikers from our region, our greatest enjoyment comes from the rallies along the Dalmatian Coast. Some of our modest achievements were first places (two years in a row) in “tug-of-war” competitions during rallies organized by the Club "Libertas" Dubrovnik – in years 2002 and 2003.

Most of the Club members own and ride "cruising" type motorcycles, so our "rolling stock" consists of large capacity motorcycles of famous motorcycle brands, like "Honda", "Yamaha", "Kawasaki", "BMW", "Harley-Davidson" etc.

Commitment in MC "Sarajevo Bikers Club" is not on a professional basis, but rather, it is based on volunteer and part-time work. All members of the Club either manage their own companies or have other employment, and work in the Club provides great pleasure and relaxation from the day-to-day obligations.

The Club tries to define the policies and behavior of its members, so in that the Club has created a "Protocol of Work and Representation" which all current and future members should stick to, especially in situations when they represent the Club with Club colors on their backs...

In its short work, MC "Sarajevo Bikers Club" has established excellent, friendly relationships with many motorcycle clubs and is open for further communication and cooperation with other clubs.
